Sri.P.Subba Reddy was born on 10th June 1954 to Sri.P.Venkata Reddy and late Smt.P.Laxmamamma in a small village Kurukunda of Atmakur Mandal, Kurnool district. After his schooling in Kothapalli and Kurnool, he migrated to Hyderabad along with his father-in-law and mentor Late Sri.G.Pulla Reddy and joined Vivekavardhini Degree College to pursue his B.Com degree. He obtained his B.Com from Osmania University in 1974.

After the demise of the founder Chairman Sri.G.Pulla Reddy, Sri.P.Subba Reddy has taken up the responsibilities of both Chairman and Secretary. Sri.P.Subba Reddy, the Secretary of the G.Pulla Reddy Dental College & Hospital, is one of the Trustees of G.Pulla Reddy Charities Trust right from its inception. He had given the onerous responsibility of looking after all the educational institutions sponsored by the Trust. Sri.P.Subba Reddy has vast experience of administration of educational organizations in the capacity of the Secretary. Nurtured and guided by the founder Chairman of the Trust, Late Sri.G.Pulla Reddy Garu, he has a great vision and dedication to the cause of the education. Ever cheerful and with enormous patience and pragmatic outlook, he has been the live wire in the administration set up of the Trust and all the institutions of the Trust have made phenomenal progress under his supervision.
He is the Secretary and Correspondent of G.Pulla Reddy Group of Educational Institutions. He is also the Trustee of G.Pulla Reddy Charities Trust. The Trust is running 14 educational and spiritual organizations. A few to name

He is associated with many social and educational organizations and is actively involved in their development.
He is the Vice-President of Janahitha, A.P. which is working for the development of single teacher schools in remote and tribal areas providing free education to the less privileged children. He is the Treasurer of Sri Saraswathi Vidya Peetam, A.P. which is running more than 400 schools, imparting education in Telugu medium with nominal fees. He is the working President of Sri Shivaji Memorial Committee, Srisailam. He is a regular practitioner of yoga under the guidance of Swami Ram Dev and founder member of Pathanjali Yog peeth, Haridwar.
He is continuing the legacy of Late Sri.G.Pulla Reddy and is successfully running all the educational institutions with discipline and dedication.
