BDS And MDS

The admission are done as per general admission rules of Dr. NTRUHS, Andhra Pradesh Government in vogue.

There are two kinds of admission streams
1) Convenor (cat-A)
2) Management (cat-B and cat-C for BDS or cat - S1, S2, S3 for MDS)

BDS COURSE:

Annual intake: 50

The basic eligibility to the admission into BDS is intermediate /10+2 pattern or its equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and biology(botany and zoology)/biotechnology and English

The age of the student should be 17 years by December of year of admission

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD SECURE THE CUTOFF SCORES IN NEET(UG)CONDUCTED BY DESIGNATED AUTHORITY

Eligibility to appear UG NEET

For OC - 50% in science subjects

For BC/SC/ST - 40% marks in science subjects

For PWD - 45% marks in science subjects in 10+2 or intermediate or as per state government rules announced from time to time.

The convenor quota admissions are done by WEB option counselling method based on Rank in NEET (UG) by Dr.NTR University of Health University. The reservation rules are applicable as per government rules.

The management quota admissions are done by WEB option counselling method based on rank in NEET (UG) by Dr.NTR University of Health University.

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD SECURE THE CUTOFF SCORES IN NEET(UG)CONDUCTED BY DESIGNATED AUTHORITY

CATEGORY OR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

OC- Cutoff score 50th percentile in NEET UG

BC- Cutoff score 40th percentile in NEET UG

SC/ST- Cutoff score 40th percentile in NEET UG

OC PH- Cutoff score 40th percentile in NEET UG
